Neurodiversity & inclusion

Advocacy, industry partnerships and lived-experience leadership. Gordon is an autistic advocate and an Amaze advisory-board member, named an INvolve Enable Role Model — the first from Australia — who helped bring the A-Plus Inclusion program into GroupM’s agencies. The record below spans that work.

Turning communication into a system.

Neurodiversity isn't just a category of DE&I; it is a fundamental difference in how information is processed, categorized, and acted upon. For years, I treated communication as a science experiment, recording and mapping interactions to build frameworks for understanding.

This same systemic approach drives my performance media work: turning the abstract into the measurable. But beyond the work itself, it requires building environments where neurodivergent talent can thrive without masking.

My advocacy focuses on lived-experience leadership, partnering with organizations like Amaze to create actionable frameworks that reshape the media industry's approach to inclusion.
