PR Power — Bang Digital
Reduced campaign launch time by 2 hours (44%)
Wrote automated scripts to deploy Google and Bing campaigns instantly, stripping out hours of manual setup.
Situation & Strategy
During my time as a Senior Search & Data Executive at Bang Digital, I managed digital marketing for clients like PR Power. The agency handled over $2.4M across 21 brands, but our campaign setup was slow and manual. It ate into our margins and kept clients waiting.
Tactics
We needed to stop repeating manual tasks. I focused on building automated frameworks so we could launch campaigns faster without human error.
Action
Working across both SEO and SEM, I built custom tracking and wrote automated scripts to instantly deploy paid marketing campaigns on Google and Bing.
Results
- Cut average campaign launch times by two hours (a 44% improvement). This immediately improved profitability and eliminated copy-paste errors for clients like PR Power.
- Consistent performance gave clients the confidence to scale, driving a 17% average increase in Google Ads spend across the portfolio.
Campaign launch, before and after scripting
Campaign setup ran by hand across every brand on the roster, before the deployment scripts.
This case is written to the same four-part structure as 7 others. Read any one phase across all 8.
